serving mauna lani and waikoloa beach resorts

we deliver and pickup to homes, condos and hotels within mauna lani and waikoloa beach resorts. north areas not within our service range that are most commonly mistaken as the same area = mauna kea hotel, westin hapuna, puako beach dr. neighborhood & waikoloa village community located 8 miles up the mountain from waikoloa beach resorts. 

you or person from your party must be present at your location to receive & return gear unless delivery is at a private home residence on private property and you're the current occupant of home (post-check-in, pre-check-out) in which case gear can be left at door if you are out.

condos- we arrive right outside your building number. you'll recive a text asking you to meet outside with your car keys to load gear straight into your vehicle. hotels - we meet outside main front lobby to hand over your gear. Private home residences - we'll unload from driveway to garage or front door.

all our customers receive a curtesy text the eveing before their scheduled delivery confirming their delivery time and location. any info still needed, such as building numbers, will be asked of you then. you may reply to it at any time even when arriving late.

advance reservations are required. reservations may be made online until 4pm the day before. based on remaining availability

our gear is housed and rotated out of a storage facility. self pickup/drop off is not an option. we deliverer and pickup to our customers place of stay within our service area. we do not deliver to public beaches or meet on the side of road.
